CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their order only if it has not yet been dispatched from the warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted by Backum Hills.

In the event of an approved cancellation, monetary refunds will not be provided. Customers may choose to exchange the order for another product of equal or higher value by paying the applicable price difference. Alternatively, a credit note may be issued, which can be used for future purchases on the website and will remain valid for a period of two months.

Please note that orders delayed due to unforeseen transit or shipping circumstances cannot be cancelled. No refund or credit reimbursement will be applicable in such cases.
