RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Backum Hills accepts returns only for products purchased directly through its official online platform. Products purchased through retail outlets are not eligible for return or exchange under this policy.

If a product is received in a damaged condition due to transit, the customer must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery and return the product to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this period may not be accepted by Backum Hills. Customers may contact the support team for assistance, and the company will review the issue and arrange for repair of the product where applicable.

All shipping and courier charges related to returning damaged merchandise to the warehouse will be borne by the customer. Once the repair process is completed, Backum Hills will cover the shipping cost for sending the repaired merchandise back to the customer.

In cases where product damage occurs due to usage, including damage to hardware components such as locks, studs, screws, buckles, or straps, repair services may be provided within two weeks from the date the product is received at our warehouse.

Products sent for repair must be couriered back to our warehouse at the customer’s expense. Backum Hills will bear only the shipping charges for returning the repaired product to the customer.

Please note that personalized or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

For approved returns, refunds will not be issued in monetary form. Customers may exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value by paying the price difference within an exchange period of 7 days.

Exchange, return, and repair services are only applicable within the country where the product was originally purchased.
