Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and may vary for domestic and international deliveries.

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer, including name, address, or contact number, any additional charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order processing begins once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Backum Hills. Estimated shipping and delivery timelines mentioned for each product are approximate and may vary. Backum Hills shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, wars, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information while placing an order to avoid delays or loss of shipments. Backum Hills reserves the right to verify and validate customer information at any time. If any details are found to be false or incomplete, the company may refuse or cancel the order and restrict access to its services without prior notice.

Deliveries are made to the specified shipping address and not to any specific individual.

Certain destinations, particularly within Maharashtra, may attract Octroi or local entry taxes. Such charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable, including in the event of order cancellation.

For international shipments, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Backum Hills is not liable for payment of any international duties or taxes.
