If a product is received in a damaged condition due to transit, customers must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery and return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products damaged due to regular usage, including hardware components such as locks, studs, buckles, or straps, may be eligible for repair assistance.

Exchange, return, and repair services are applicable only within the country where the product was originally purchased.
